How to Pad Excel One Carbonless Sheets With Fan-Apart Adhesive

Most ExcelOne carbonless paper sets leave the shop as pads. When making pads, jog the stack so each 2 part reverse carbonless set stays in sequence, clamp it close to the binding edge, and brush a thin adhesive coat of Excel carbonless paper glue, a fan-apart adhesive designed for carbonless. The adhesive bonds the coated surfaces inside each set, where the CB sheet and CF sheet meet, but not the uncoated faces between sets.

Once the adhesive dries, flex the stack to split it into individual carbonless sets. Keep the adhesive coat light, since heavy adhesive can bridge between carbonless sets. Standard padding adhesive bonds carbonless sheets too tightly to fan apart, so use a carbonless adhesive.
