What happens if I purchase the wrong product?
Printing Supplies Direct will issue a call tag for you to return your wrong product. At the same time, we will ship out the correct product same day and/or next day.

Do I have to pay by credit card up front, or can I start an account with you?
Printing Supplies Direct provides terms to customers who:

1. Made 2 purchases upfront (either by Credit Card or Check)
and
2. Have passed a credit check using our credit form which can be found by clicking here.

Do you provide technical support on machines

If needed, we will provide technical support on site. We have technicians across the country who can install platemakers, platesetters, presses, and can provide support for calibrations, etc.
